A Slow & Safe Reopening: Dear by Renee Clinical Skincare

Prior to reopening, much work has been dedicated to implementing a thorough reopening plan, which includes comprehensive training, testing, and manuals for staff, in addition to the following Covid-19 specific safety procedures that are implemented from booking to check-out.
Here’s what you can expect on a visit:

• All guests and staff will be required to take a contactless temperature check upon entering the clinic.
• Masks will be mandatory for all guests and staff at all times. (expect during facial treatment).
• We use medical-grade disinfectant for sanitizing all of our tools and implements before and after each service. All disposables are safely thrown away.
• A Covid-19 screening questionnaire will be completed prior to your appointment.
• The spa will open under limited capacity.
• Contactless payment will be available.
• We ask all guests to wash their hands prior to receiving services. Staff will be following strict hand sanitization measures before, after, and during services.
• Our team is very excited to see you, however, we will be refraining from any hugs or handshakes at this time.
• As always, each treatment room will be entirely disinfected between appointments. We will also be implementing an air purifier.
• There will be an additional fee for Health and Sanitation.
• Please attend your appointment alone unless you need assistance.
• Kindly leave extra bags and coats at home.
• Please use debit or credit for payment as we are not encouraging the exchange of cash at this time.
• We are receiving clients with an appointment at their scheduled time only. Unfortunately, we cannot accept walk-ins at this time. ( That also includes to purchase products)
• Please be patient with our team as we resume safely and slowly to full operations.
• We’ll be open from 11 am-6 pm Monday to Friday and 11 am- 4 pm Saturday and Sunday.
