Return Policy

For your convenience, should you for any reason be i.e reaction or allergies with your purchased product , we can issue a full refund to your credit card or original method of payment. Our policy lasts 30 days of original order date. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Products must have been originally box,unopen and unused directly from dearbyrenee.ca. (We cannot accept returns originally purchased from other retailers). 

To complete your return, we require a copy of your receipt and reason for the return. We will always ask the reason for the return in an effort to constantly improve upon our level of service. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. 

Refund Process: 
• Prior to sending back your product(s), please send us a message through our Contact Us page for the refund. In the message, please include the name and quantity of the product(s) to be returned, the reason for return, and the purchase date.
• You will be issued a Dear Return Authorization (DRA) number attached with the Merchandise Return Authorization Form to be filled in.  
• A copy of the receipt and/or invoice must be in the box. 
• A completed Merchandise Return Authorization Form must be in the box. 
• Please do not send product(s) back without receiving an email with a DRA #. The DRA # must be included with your return. Product(s) sent back without a DRA # will be returned to sender and not be refunded. 
• Ship the product(s) back using a courier service that provides a tracking number. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the product(s) back and making sure it gets to us. 
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. A refund will be issued within a certain amount of days.
• For any item received damaged, please DO NOT THROW AWAY the item, send us a message through our Contact Us page and please include your contact information to best reach you. The broken item(s) will be replaced and the email will provide instructions on what is to be done with the broken item(s). 


Exchange Policy:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us a message through our Contact Us page and please include your contact information to best reach you. The broken item(s) will be replaced and the email will provide instructions on what is to be done with the broken item(s). Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please send us a message through our Contact Us page.

Sale Items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
