For your convenience, should you for any reason be unhappy with your purchase, we can issue a full refund to your credit card or original method of payment. Our policy lasts 30 days of original order date. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Products must have been originally purchased directly from dearbyrenee.ca (We cannot accept returns originally purchased from other retailers).
To complete your return, we require a copy of your receipt and reason for the return. We will always ask the reason for the return in an effort to constantly improve upon our level of service. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us a message through our Contact Us page and please include your contact information to best reach you. The broken item(s) will be replaced and the email will provide instructions on what is to be done with the broken item(s). Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
